We offer full service property management. We meet and qualify prospective tenants, process their credentials,
and execute lease documents. Additionally, we provide service during the term of the lease to take care of tenant and property
issues.

fee of 100% of the first months rent and 10% of each subsequent monthly rental fee includes:
- Advertise the
property on the internet, with email blasts, and flyers
- Install "For Rent" signs and a lockbox at the property
- Schedule
and conduct property showings
- Screen prospective tenants
- Execute Lease Agreement and Rules and Regulations
- Collect
rent and disburse proceeds via direct deposit
- Be available to handle maintanence or repair issues
- Periodic
property inspections
